He holds a BA.LLB (Corporate Hons.) from the National University of Study & Research in Law, Ranchi (NUSRL), where he built a solid foundation in constitutional law and commercial litigation. Dheeraj’s professional journey includes a proven track record of representing high-profile clients before the Rajasthan High Court, NCLT, GST Tribunals, CAT, and other tribunals.
With extensive experience providing counsel and representation for both government entities and private corporations, Dheeraj effectively addresses various legal issues. Prabha is a post graduate in Hindi and did her graduation in law from JNVU, Jodhpur. She specializes in Trademark prosecution and looks after non-contentious matters with our firm. She has very diverse work experience on simple to complex trademark related matters and actively engages with clients on IP assignments and registrations.
Sachin Mathur works as Counsel at GMR, focused on IP Laws and dispute resolution. A graduate from Raffles University, he has strong expertise in Intellectual Property litigation and commercial transactions. Sachin is skilled in litigation strategy, providing essential support to clients suiting to meet each client’s unique needs. Mukul Bhati serves as an Associate focused on litigation and dispute resolution. Mihir Vashishtha is an Associate specializing in cryptocurrency and fintech law. Harish Meghwal is an Associate who manages a variety of cases, including MACT and consumer matters, across different courts.
